Grateful Shred is a Los Angeles-based band known for their unique laid-back harmony-driven sound that channels the Grateful Dead's vibe. The lineup includes Austin McCutchen, Dan Horne, Mikaela Davis, Adam MacDougall, and John Lee Shannon, who have gained popularity through their impromptu set at the Hollywood Bowl in 2017. Their debut album "Might As Well" was released on Liberty Hair Farm Records in June 2025, featuring reimagined tracks from the Grateful Dead and The Jerry Garcia Band with a sun-bleached harmonies and freewheeling improvisation style.
