Matt Gilchrest is an artist and musician based in Austin, Texas, known for his freelance illustration and animation work from a home studio there. He studied Art and Art History at the University of Texas before pursuing a decade-long career in sandwich preparation while simultaneously honing his artistic skills by creating posters and album art for local bands and venues.
