The Stray Cats, formed in 1979 by Brian Setzer, Lee Rocker, and Slim Jim Phantom, revitalized rockabilly music with their distinctive visual style and genuine musical talent, scoring big hits like "Runaway Boys" and "Rock This Town." Their blend of rhythm and energy made them a pivotal force in the new wave era, leading to extensive airplay on MTV. The band reunited for a 25-year celebration tour in Europe, culminating in their live album and DVD, "Rumble In Brixton," recorded at the legendary Brixton Academy.
